All products are processed and engraved within 3-5 business days (excluding holidays). If we are experiencing a high volume of orders (i.e. Christmas, Mother's/Father's Day, Etc) , shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
Unfortunately, since most of our items are custom, we are unable to accept returns at this time. For spelling mistakes, if the error is our fault, we're happy to send you a new product free of charge. If the spelling error is your fault, we can send you a new product for 50% off + shipping. If for whatever reason you are unhappy with your order, we definitely want to make it right. Simply email us at email@example.com.
